SUMMARY
To summarize all four companies; Coca Cola, Disney, Hershey's and Starbucks are all ethical companies. They all work hard to aid the communities they serve whether it is making a global effort or helping one community at a time. To compare and contrast these companies we have classified them individually. We have concluded through our research that both Disney Co. and Hershey's Co. are altruistic companies, which are companies that have a complete and undivided focus on the welfare of the communities they serve and put that above themselves. Coca Cola Co. and Starbucks Co. are ethical companies, which are companies who do participate and promote environment, social, and economic health, but also focus on their company as a business. Some of the more obvious similarities between the companies are Coca Cola, Hershey's, and Starbucks all within the food industry, however, Disney is in the entertainment industry. Each company within the food industry serves a different community. Starbucks has created an atmosphere in it's stores to attract regulars, or coffee drinkers who come on a regular basis to buy their products to use in the store or take home and are loyal to Starbucks. This differentiates Starbucks from Coca Cola because although almost all of Coca Cola consumers are repeat customers, they may not associate the product with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Hershey's provides a product that most people would consider a treat
